2013 – We have lowered the rating to 4 if you have children.

The park has removed the play equipment for the little ones, and closed the store. Some sites have great internet (WiFi, and our Verizon was in 4G LTE). The staff has been cut here as well, but the staff they retained is top notch. If you have kids and and some cash stay at Circus Circus KOA.

• 04/16/2013 – Ethel M’s Chocolates 
• Red Rock Park — Must see
•  Hoover Dam — Must see, but bring plenty of cash.
•  Lake Mead
•  The strip is fun, but go in the day light hours if you have kids or virtue.
•  Freemont Street is really best seen at night, and is less disturbing than the strip.
•  Death Valley
